## Description

McDonald’s is looking for a dependable and energetic **Shift Running Manager** to help lead our team and ensure smooth, successful shifts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Run assigned shifts and ensure restaurant operations meet McDonald’s standards
-   Lead, train, and motivate crew members
-   Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every customer
-   Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are followed
-   Manage cash handling, drawers, and shift paperwork
-   Handle customer concerns in a professional and positive manner
-   Support opening and closing procedures
-   Maintain a safe, respectful, and teamwork-focused environment

**Qualifications**

-   Previous leadership or management experience preferred (McDonald’s experience a plus)
-   Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
-   Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-   Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
-   Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
-   Ability to stand for long periods and perform basic physical tasks
