Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and fluent _Spanish Speaking Customer Representative_ for an exciting (remote) position with **paid relocation** to Greece.

**Your Role:**

-   Deliver customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Handle inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Familiarize yourself with internal systems to provide accurate and efficient assistance.
-   Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a remote work environment.
-   Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
-   No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid relocation assistance.
