### Key Responsibilities

-   Handle customer inquiries and issues in Spanish regarding car products and services.
-   Provide detailed information about vehicles, maintenance services, and warranties to customers.
-   Assist customers with booking appointments, service requests, and resolving complaints efficiently.
-   Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, technical support, and logistics to ensure seamless customer experiences.
-   Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up as necessary.
-   Stay updated on the latest company offerings and automotive industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
-   A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
-   Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive sector or related industries.
-   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and take advantage of a fully paid relocation package.
