Hourly Pay Rate: $40 - $43/hr

Shift: Day Shift 1x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)

### Responsibilities

-   Perform routine, sleep-deprived, portable, and continuous EEG studies according to physician orders and departmental protocols.
-   Prepare patients for neurodiagnostic testing by explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort.
-   Apply electrodes using the International 10-20 System and monitor recording quality throughout the procedure.
-   Recognize and document significant abnormalities, artifacts, and patient events during EEG testing.
-   Maintain accurate patient documentation and testing records.
-   Ensure proper operation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of EEG equipment.
-   Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and departmental quality standards.
-   Collaborate with neurologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care

## Requirements

Experience Required: 1 year

Certifictions Required: BLS

Certifications Preferred: ABRET EEG certification
