## Description

Bartender  
  
Blush is seeking an experienced bartender with a strong foundation in craft cocktails and wine to join our team. This role calls for someone who takes pride in their craft, understands the details behind a well-made drink, and brings genuine hospitality to every guest interaction.  
  
Responsibilities  
Prepare and serve craft cocktails with precision and consistency  
Offer knowledgeable wine recommendations and service to guests  
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area  
Engage guests in a warm, attentive, and hospitality-focused manner  
Ensure quality and consistency across all beverages served  
  
Requirements  
Previous bartending experience required  
Strong working knowledge of craft cocktails and cocktail technique  
Solid understanding of wine, including varietals and pairing basics  
A hospitality-first mindset with excellent guest service skills  
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bar environment  
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
