## Requirements

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

-   Must have own tools
-   Comfortable with pre-employment and background check
-   5+ years of handyman, carpentry, or remodeling experience
-   Lives within 20 miles of El Dorado Hills
-   Must have Truck or SUV capable of hauling an extension ladder
-   Comfortable regularly commuting up to 50 miles for service calls
-   3+ years of Customer Facing Experience, including collecting payment
-   Proficient in Fans, Interior and Exterior Lights, Garbage Disposal, Faucet Installation, Toilet installation, Smoke Detector installation/Troubleshooting, Fence Post & Gate Repair
