## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Scrum Master** to facilitate agile delivery for a UK-based technology team. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll coach the team, remove blockers, and ensure ceremonies run effectively to keep delivery on track.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
-   Coach the development team and stakeholders on agile principles and practices
-   Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions
-   Track and report on sprint velocity, team health, and delivery metrics
-   Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy, prioritised backlog

### What You'll Need

-   3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach on software delivery teams
-   CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification
-   Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
-   Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
-   Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

### What's on Offer

-   **Salary: R32,000 per month**
-   Full-time, permanent remote position
-   Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
