## Description

### **Role Overview**

We are seeking a talented and user-focused **Interaction Designer** with 2+ years of experience to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Delivery product development team and act as a strong advocate for users, ensuring that all design solutions enhance usability and overall customer satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Design seamless, user-centric experiences across digital products
-   Create **user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes**
-   Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions
-   Present design ideas clearly through **visual and verbal communication**
-   Iterate on designs based on feedback, insights, and testing results
-   Conduct **usability testing and guerrilla testing** to validate and improve experiences
-   Champion user needs and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience
-   Apply **design thinking methodologies** to solve complex problems

## Requirements

### **Required Skills & Experience**

-   Minimum **2+ years of experience** in Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field
-   Strong understanding of **Interaction Design, Usability Design, and Visual Design principles**
-   Experience creating **user journeys and interaction flows**
-   Solid knowledge of **application design and design thinking approaches**
-   Ability to collaborate effectively in **group problem-solving environments**
-   Strong communication and presentation skills
