**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and organised **Learning Compliance Administrator** to join our team on a **12-month fixed-term contract**.

In this role, you will support learning and compliance activities across our teams training records, systems and administration processes. You will play an important role in helping the business meet compliance requirements while delivering a positive employee experience.

This opportunity would suit someone with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail. Success in this role comes from being organised, detail-oriented, adaptable and resilient, with a genuine interest in supporting learning and compliance activities that help the business operate effectively.  

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Maintain learning and training records, ensuring data is accurate, up to date and audit ready.
-   Coordinate training activities, including scheduling, learner administration and completion tracking.
-   Administer learning systems, supporting training assignments, reporting and system updates.
-   Monitor mandatory training requirements and support compliance reporting.
-   Produce reports and analyse data to support business and regulatory requirements.
-   Support onboarding activities and training administration for new employees.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to promote learning compliance and continuous improvement.

-   **Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office applications**, particularly Excel, together with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
