## Description

**Position Overview**

The Earthwork Foreman at Professional Excavators & Construction Inc. is responsible for leading and managing earthwork operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within specifications. This role involves supervising equipment operators and laborers, coordinating workflow, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the earthmoving process.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Oversee daily earthwork activities including excavation, grading, and site preparation per project requirements.
-   Supervise and coordinate crews to ensure efficiency and quality workmanship.
-   Work closely with project managers and other foremen to schedule and plan work phases.
-   Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance at all times.
-   Conduct inspections to maintain quality standards during all phases of earthworks.
-   Maintain equipment and monitor its proper operation and maintenance.
-   Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to crew members.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 5 years of experience in earthworks or heavy civil construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman capacity.
-   Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment, techniques, and safety standards.
-   Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-   Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
-   Willingness to work in various weather conditions and overtime as necessary.
