**WHO YOU ARE** 

This **Darwin-based role** is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the DCOH Head Office while providing administrative, front desk and office coordination support across the business. Based on the Office Admin Position Description.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

-   Previous experience in an administrative, office support or receptionist role within a fast-paced environment
-   Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy
-   Professional communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with visitors, clients and internal stakeholders
-   Experience managing phone enquiries, emails and general office correspondence
-   Ability to prioritise competing tasks and respond effectively to changing business needs
-   Strong customer service skills with a welcoming and professional approach
-   Competency using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn internal systems quickly
-   High levels of accuracy when handling documentation, filing and financial receipting tasks
-   A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-   Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse stakeholder group

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

-   Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
-   Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments and personnel
-   Monitor and manage shared email accounts, ensuring enquiries are actioned promptly
-   Receive, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
-   Maintain office facilities to ensure a safe, organised and productive workplace environment
-   Coordinate office supplies, stationery and amenities to support business operations
-   Arrange refreshments and catering requirements for meetings and events as required
-   Maintain office and property key registers and support security protocols
-   Coordinate maintenance requests and engage contractors to complete approved works
-   Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders across the business
-   Assist with tenancy application processing and administration requirements for property operations
-   Support daily banking activities and the receipting of payments and rents where required
-   Maintain accurate filing, archiving and document management systems
-   Assist with data entry, reporting and general administrative tasks to support operational
