Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Customer Service Representative with fully paid relocation to Greece! Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to our Croatian-speaking clients.

### Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries in Croatian via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
-   Assist clients with their questions and issues related to products and services
-   Record and maintain accurate information about customer interactions
-   Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex customer problems
-   Provide advice and support to customers to enhance their satisfaction
-   Collect customer feedback to aid service improvement initiatives
-   Engage in continuous learning and training to stay updated on company offerings

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Croatian and English, both spoken and written
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage
-   Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
-   Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
-   Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is beneficial
