## Description

We are looking for motivated and career-oriented candidates who are interested in building a career in **SAP**. Selected candidates will receive structured SAP training and practical project exposure to develop the skills required for entry-level SAP consulting opportunities.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Participate actively in SAP training and learning programs.
-   Learn SAP concepts, business processes, and system functionality.
-   Gain practical knowledge of the assigned SAP module.
-   Participate in hands-on exercises and real-time project scenarios.
-   Understand business requirements and SAP implementation processes.
-   Prepare basic functional and technical documentation.
-   Participate in testing and validation activities.
-   Work with senior SAP consultants and team members.
-   Assist with issue analysis and basic troubleshooting.
-   Complete assigned training projects and assessments.
-   Continuously improve SAP and business-process knowledge.

Candidates can choose a specialization based on their background and career goals:

-   **SAP FICO** – Finance & Controlling
-   **SAP MM** – Materials Management
-   **SAP SD** – Sales & Distribution
-   **SAP PP** – Production Planning
-   **SAP ABAP** – Development
-   **SAP BASIS** – Administration
-   **SAP SuccessFactors** – Human Capital Management
-   **SAP BW / Datasphere** – Data & Analytics
-   **SAP BTP** – Business Technology Platform

### Eligibility

-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
-   Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
-   Basic understanding of computers and business processes.
-   Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Good communication skills.
-   Willingness to learn SAP and build a long-term career in SAP consulting.

### Preferred Skills

-   Basic knowledge of ERP concepts.
-   Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage for technical/data-oriented tracks.
-   Knowledge of accounting or finance is beneficial for SAP FICO.
-   Knowledge of supply chain/procurement is beneficial for SAP MM.
-   Knowledge of sales/business processes is beneficial for SAP SD.
-   Basic programming knowledge is beneficial for SAP ABAP.
-   Good English communication skills.
