Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (approximately)

**About the Role**

**The First Person Who Makes It All Happen.**

We're hiring a dedicated Delivery Driver to support our upcoming Paradise Valley location, opening Fall 2026. Based out of our Phoenix production warehouse, you'll be responsible for getting our product to Paradise Valley on time, every day — before the doors open and again mid-morning.

You'll make two daily runs — a 5:00 AM drop and a 9:00 AM drop. The Paradise Valley guest experience starts with what's on the floor, and what's on the floor depends entirely on you. If you're an early riser who takes pride in doing a job right, works independently, and understands that being on time isn't optional — we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**

Pre-Opening

- Complete onboarding and training prior to location opening
- Learn product handling, loading procedures, and the delivery route between Phoenix and Paradise Valley
- Familiarize yourself with delivery specs, packaging standards, and drop-off procedures
- Participate in test runs and grand opening preparation as needed

Daily Delivery Operations

- Report to the Phoenix production warehouse by 4:00 AM to begin loading
- Verify outgoing product against packing lists and delivery manifests before departure
- Execute two daily delivery runs:

- Run 1: Arrive Paradise Valley by 5:00 AM
- Run 2: Return to Phoenix, reload, and complete second drop by 9:00 AM

- Handle all product with care during loading, transport, and unloading
- Obtain delivery confirmation from the Paradise Valley receiving team for each run

Vehicle & Route Management

- Operate the company vehicle safely and in full compliance with all traffic laws
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily — report any maintenance needs immediately
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and cargo area
- Plan for route conditions and timing to ensure on-time delivery without exception

Communication & Coordination

- Communicate proactively with the Phoenix warehouse team and Paradise Valley General Manager on load status, timing, and any product discrepancies
- Flag product quantity, condition, or packaging issues before departure
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each run

## Requirements

- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record — required

- Comfortable operating a cargo or delivery vehicle and loading/unloading product safely
- Strong attention to detail when verifying loads and documenting deliveries
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to load, unload, and handle product throughout the shift — regularly lift up to 50 pounds
