### Your Role

As a Hebrew Speaking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your language skills and customer-focused approach will help maintain strong relationships and enhance the overall customer experience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Hebrew with professionalism and accuracy.
-   Assist customers by providing clear information and resolving their issues effectively.
-   Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as required.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
-   Stay informed about company products, policies, and updates to provide accurate assistance.
-   Contribute to process improvements and team goals.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
-   Positive attitude, adaptability, and teamwork spirit.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support.
