**Front Office Patient Care Coordinator**  
**Chalet Dental - Yakima, WA**  

Chalet Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and people-focused **Front Office Patient Care Coordinator** to join our team in Yakima, WA. **Shift:** Tue- Fri

**Pay Range:** $22.03-25.34 hr

**What You'll Do** 

-   Greet and communicate with patients warmly and help them feel at ease 
-   Coordinate treatments, schedules and manage appointments 
-   Handle insurance verifications and payments accurately 
-   Keep things flowing between patients and the clinical team 
-   Bring a calm, can-do attitude that helps make every day run smoothly

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
-   2+ years dental office experience required
-   Excellent organizational skills
-   Excellent interpersonal communication skills
-   Patient advocate; empathetic, adaptable, and ethical
-   Ability to multitask effectively
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office and Open Dental software preferred
