## Description

**Velmar**, one of the largest retail companies in Greece and an official distributor and repairer of vehicles for 15+ brands, is expanding its operations and is seeking a **Customer Support Agent** in **Marousi**.

## Requirements

-   University or Technical Institute degree (TEI/AEI)
-   Previous experience in customer service or call center will be considered a plus
-   Customer-centric approach
-   Excellent communication skills
-   Good computer knowledge
-   Professional attitude and team spirit
-   Organizational skills

**Main Responsibilities:**

-   Handling inbound and outbound calls
-   Assisting customers with inquiries and orders
-   Providing professional customer support
-   Managing appointments and customer requests
-   Coordinating with the sales and warehouse departments
-   Updating customer information in the system
