## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Customer Service Agent. This role is perfect for candidates who are dedicated to delivering excellent customer support across various industries and channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide timely and professional support to customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns.
-   Assist customers with order processing, account management, and general information requests.
-   Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
-   Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
-   Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
-   Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
-   A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
