We Are One: For Love | For Diversity | For Change | For Equality | For Kindness | For Freedom | For Unity Against Racism As an ambassador of the Kurt Geiger brand, I will maximise sales and profit through the effective management of Stock Movement throughout our store, I will effectively use Intranset and REX to ensure Stock File Accuracy and ensure targets are met. **WE NEED YOU TO:** **SALES AND SERVICE** Demonstrate our Brand Ambassador DNA at all times Maintain back-of-house model store standards at all times **OPERATIONS** Support management team deliver an audit result of 0.3% or below by maintaining stock file accuracy through; Full ownership of the Online fulfilment operation of Kurt Geiger within Brown Thomas, collecting Online orders each day, picking stock accurately, pair checking, ensuring complete accuracy, using REX to reflect what has been transferred to Online. Liasing with Online team in relation to demand, cancellations or any potential abandonments due to faulty items, shop soiled or damaged. Reporting any issues with duplicate picks and changes needed with current thresholds. Analysing Online refunds in store via daily sales batching to ensure all refunds are accurately aligned with the Kurt Geiger system. Management of stock in/out of store through Intransit system Action CVS orders to be delivered within 48 hours Achieve Fulfilment target of 70% and above Monitor stock on loan and stock holds Support the effective management of odds, faulties and write-offs in store Report any stock errors/issues to management in a timely manner Manage customer click and collect orders and process in line with the company timeframe Manage customer holds. **KPIs** Fulfilment of 70% or above CVS delivery of 48 hours Achieve a stocktake result of 0.3% or less ## Requirements - Previous experience in a stock related role with a high st or premium brand - Immaculately presented and representative of our luxury/fashion forward brand in every way - Excellent attention to details and a 'can-do' attitude ## Benefits - Competitive basic hourly rate - Enviable discounts If you’re successful, you will work for a business which recognises that amazing people are the key to driving our business forward and fulfil our vision of being the world’s leading multi-channel retailer of luxury branded shoes and accessories.
