## Description

**Global Pacific Support** is partnering with one of our clients to engage a qualified **Website Support Specialist** to address website downtime and functionality issues. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of quickly diagnosing problems and restoring stable website operations.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and resolve website downtime and performance issues
-   Restore and ensure full website functionality
-   Identify root causes and recommend long-term preventive solutions
-   Implement fixes efficiently while maintaining best practices

## Requirements

### **Qualifications**

-   Proven experience in website support, maintenance, and recovery
-   Strong understanding of web hosting environments and common website issues
-   Ability to work independently and meet established timelines
-   Excellent technical and communication skills

### **Desirable Experience**

-   Hands-on experience with **WordPress**
-   Familiarity with **Wix** website platforms
-   Experience with server management and hosting providers
-   Ability to start immediately is an advantage
