Mixed use / high-rise / Master Developer > Spearhead flagship smart city deals with C-suite leaders. High-visibility BD Lead role

\- Author comprehensive investment papers and pitch strategic, high-conviction deal proposals directly to top management.  
\- Spearhead cross-border investments integrating cutting-edge smart city technology into master-planned developments.  
\- Represent the organization as primary dealmaker at elite international property summits and global investment forums.  
  
Property Portfolio & Pipeline: Multi-billion ringgit portfolio spanning thousands of acres across integrated townships, commercial retail centers, and industrial hubs.  
  
Experience you need:  
\-8 to 12 years in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate investment promotion.  
\-Proven track record securing high-value deal collaborations with government agencies, MNCs, or investors.  
\-Established network across Malaysian government investment agencies, top research universities, or tech accelerators.  
\-Demonstrated capability pitching high-stakes investment concept papers directly to C-suite and board members.
