## Description

**Job Summary:**

As a Power BI & Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist, you will join our growing team and participate in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Digital Workplace projects.We are seeking a professional who is passionate about data, automation, and building innovative solutions using Microsoft technologies.

**What You Will Do:**

-   Develop and maintain **Power BI dashboards and reports**
-   Analyze business data and create KPI-driven insights
-   Design and develop applications using **Microsoft Power Apps**
-   Build business process automations using **Power Automate**
-   Work with data from Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, SQL databases, and other enterprise systems
-   Provide end-user support and training for Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 solutions
-   Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
-   Optimize business processes using Low-Code / No-Code platforms
-   Participate in Digital Transformation and Business Intelligence initiatives

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

**Required Qualifications**

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
-   Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Power BI**
-   Experience in data modeling and reporting solutions
-   Strong understanding of **DAX**, Power Query, and data visualization best practices
-   Experience or knowledge of **Microsoft Power Apps**
-   Good understanding of the **Microsoft 365 ecosystem**
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication skills in English

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience with Power Automate
-   SQL knowledge
-   SharePoint Online experience
-   Microsoft Certifications (PL-300, PL-900, PL-400, or equivalent)
-   Previous involvement in Business Intelligence or Digital Transformation projects
