## Description

**Project Tracking & Governance:** Monitor and report on project status, timelines, deliverables, budget, and resource allocation across Data Engineering projects.

**Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain standard PMO documentation, including RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reports, change requests, and meeting minutes.

**Stakeholder Coordination:** Act as a central point of contact between technical data engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.

**Agile & Waterfall Facilitation:** Support sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and project status reviews using tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

**Financial & Resource Management:** Assist with tracking project budgets, invoices, resource utilization, and vendor engagement metrics.

**Compliance & Governance:** Ensure all data engineering initiatives align with regulatory, compliance, and internal governance frameworks standard in the banking industry.

## Requirements

**Experience:** 2–4 years of PMO or Project Coordination experience.

**Domain Knowledge:** Prior experience working in **Banking**, Financial Services, or Fintech environments is highly preferred.

**Technical Understanding:** Conceptual knowledge of **Data Engineering** concepts (e.g., ETL pipelines, data warehousing, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP, data governance).

**Tools:** Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, or Power BI).
