## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team and work in Athens, Greece. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment by monitoring content, managing safety issues, and enforcing community guidelines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic international setting.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor user-generated content and online interactions to identify and respond to violations of safety policies.
-   Investigate safety incidents thoroughly, analyze evidence, and recommend appropriate actions.
-   Collaborate with various teams to develop and improve policies that enhance digital trust and safety.
-   Prepare reports on incidents and trends to support data-driven decision-making.
-   Stay up-to-date with emerging digital safety issues and implement best practices.
-   Communicate effectively with users to educate them on safe online behavior and promote awareness.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields preferred.
-   Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems through data analysis.
-   Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions and resolve safety concerns.
-   Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential digital safety risks.
-   Knowledge of online safety tools and social media platforms is advantageous.
-   Ability to work well in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
