We are committed to providing customers a seamless, safe, and efficient service. We offer prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and personalised healthcare services.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated to Digital Marketing Manager join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels. 

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Shopify Management:** Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.), and landing page optimization.
-   **Performance Marketing:** Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Manage significant budgets with a focus on scaling CAC/ROAS.
-   **Retention & Email:** Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools.
-   **Copywriting & Content:** Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and email campaigns.
-   **Data Analysis:** Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
-   **Leadership:** Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

## Requirements

### **Candidate Requirements**

-   **Native English Speaker:** Essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
-   **Shopify Experience:** Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
-   **Management Proven:** Ability to show a track record of scaling an e-commerce brand
-   **Technical Skills:** Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing automation.
-   **Education:** **Bachelor’s Degree** Required for the UAE "Manager" visa title; must be attested for the visa process and Immediate Joiner
