## Description

**ER Physician — Level II**

**Location:** Tahlequah, OK  
**Position:** Physician – Emergency Department  
**Pay Rate:** **$254–$259/hour** (based on experience/availability)  
**Preferred Start Date:** **Flexible** (Target start date - March 23, 2026**)**  

**Opportunity Snapshot**

We are seeking an experienced Level II Emergency Room Physician to join an outpatient clinic in Oklahoma for a 13-week contract. This role is ideal for a physician who thrives in a fast-paced ER setting while delivering high quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient environment.

**Schedule / Shift Options (12s)**

Primarily day shifts, but **some nights required**.

**Day shifts may include:**

-   7am–7pm
-   8am–8pm
-   10am–10pm
-   11am–11pm
-   12pm–12am

**Night shifts may include:**

-   7pm–7am

**Responsibilities:**

-   Evaluate. diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
-   Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and trauma appropriate for a Level II ER setting
-   Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
-   Collaborate with nursing staff and ancillary departments to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care
-   Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with clinic policies

**Requirements:**

-   MD or DO
-   Active Oklahoma Medical License
-   Prior Level II ER experience preferred
