### **Customer Service Representative | Metroll Perth**

Metroll Perth is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, processing orders, preparing quotations, and providing product information and support. **About the Role**

Working closely with our Sales, Production, and Operations teams, you will help ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service from enquiry through to delivery.

Your ability to build strong relationships and provide solutions will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and business success.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
-   Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
-   Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
-   Provide product information and technical guidance to customers
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
-   Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment
-   Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
-   Maintain accurate customer records and administration

**About You**

-   Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or administration
-   Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-   Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-   Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
-   Strong computer skills and confidence using business systems
-   Experience within manufacturing, construction, building products, or industrial industries is highly regarded but not essential
