\*\*Construction Procurement Manager\*\*  
  
\*\*Introduction\*\*  
\- 28-year history of delivering construction and infrastructure projects.  
\- Active pipeline of property, rail, and energy projects (PETRONAS SWEC Licence).  
\- Malaysian Main Contractor  
  
\*\*Projects (Main Contractor)\*\*  
\- Rail projects.  
\- High-rise building developments.  
\- Power and utilities infrastructure.  
  
\*\*Role Responsibilities\*\*  
\- Strategically source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services for construction projects.  
\- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and associated risks.  
\- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project budgets and timelines are met.  
\- Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection, contract management, and payment processes.  
  
\*\*Essential Skills & Qualifications\*\*  
\- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Quantity Surveying.  
\- Proven background in construction procurement.  
  
\*\*Location\*\*  
\- Office based in Bukit Damansara.  
\- 5 days a week from HQ.
