You are not just a consultant – you become a trusted point of contact for clients seeking exceptional experiences worldwide. **Responsibility:** - **Advising** our clients – **premium cardholders** – by **phone** and **email** in both **French** and **English** - **Handling customer inquiries** from **quote preparation** to **billing** for **individual trips** - **Making reservations** with **airlines**, **hotels**, and **travel agencies** - **Creating tailored offers**, **travel documents**, and detailed **travel itineraries** - Passionately **advising** and **facilitating unique travel experiences** - Actively **selling special promotions** and **exclusive offers** ## Requirements **Your Profile:** - You have **excellent language skills** in **professional German and English**, in written and spoken (**C2** according to The Common European Framework) - Have a strong **passion** for everything related to **travel** and the **luxury lifestyle**, including **gastronomy**, **events** and **culture** - Have **GDS knowledge** (**preferably Amadeus**) - Have a strong **passion** for everything related to **travel**, including **gastronomy**, **events** and **culture** - Are **service-oriented**, **flexible** and able to **work under pressure** - Flexibility to work 5 days per week between 07:00 – 21:00 GMT, either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday - The legal right to live and work in Spain / UK / Poland, without the need for visa sponsorship **Note:** This position is not suitable for career changers.
