## Description

Ironclad & Co. is seeking reliable, hardworking **Landscapers** to join a growing team. This is an **immediate‑hire** opportunity for individuals who take pride in outdoor work, enjoy physical activity, and want stable, year‑round employment with a company that values its people.

You’ll work on residential, commercial, and institutional properties performing installs, grounds maintenance, and outdoor improvement tasks.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   **Landscape Maintenance** — mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and debris removal
-   **Planting & Mulching** — trees, shrubs, flowers, sod installation
-   **Irrigation Support** — basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and reporting issues
-   **Equipment Operation** — mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers
-   **Safety Compliance** — follow all company and site safety protocols
-   Maintain clean, professional work areas
-   Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

## Requirements

### **Required Qualifications**

-   Previous **landscaping** or **sealcoating** experience preferred
-   Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions for long periods
-   Reliable transportation to job sites
-   Strong work ethic and positive attitude
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions

### **Preferred Qualifications**

-   Experience with commercial landscaping, paving, and sealcoating
-   Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
-   **Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required**
-   Valid driver’s license
