### Job Summary

We are hiring a Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple SaaS products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in data-driven environments and understands how to craft compelling messaging while optimizing product-led growth funnels.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to refine positioning, improve onboarding experiences, and deliver measurable growth outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and positioning for each SaaS product
-   Optimize onboarding flows to improve activation and reduce early-stage drop-off
-   Develop and maintain consistent messaging across website, product, and sales channels
-   Design and run growth experiments to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates
-   Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities
-   Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the user journey
-   Support both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives
-   Improve performance of freemium, trial, and demo-based funnels

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in SaaS growth marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing
-   Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) principles
-   Proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams
-   Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience running A/B tests and experiments
-   Excellent copywriting and messaging skills
-   Experience optimizing user onboarding and activation funnels
-   Familiarity with HighLevel CRM (preferred)
-   Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet)
-   Experience using Slack
-   Experience in early-stage or scaling SaaS environments
-   Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
-   Experience working across multiple products or verticals
-   Background supporting both inbound and outbound growth strategies
