## Description

Conklin Automotive Group is looking for a friendly and organized Courtesy car agent to join our team. As a Courtesy car Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle loaners, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and positive loaner experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Service/Loaner customers, providing excellent customer service and handling all loaner processes efficiently. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and have a passion for the automotive industry.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Greet and assist customers with vehicle loaner reservations
-   Explain loaner agreements, Warranty's clearly to customers
-   Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for customers
-   Manage vehicle return inspections and process payments accurately
-   Maintain accurate loaner records and documentation
-   Coordinate with the service and sales departments as needed
-   Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent required
-   Previous experience in customer service is preferred
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-   Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-   Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
