## Description

**Responsibilities:**

-   Conceptualise, design, and animate high-impact promotional videos, UI walk-throughs, and feature explainers.
-   Create high-end AI-powered videos by exploring, testing, and implementing advanced AI tools to enhance video quality, speed, and creativity.
-   Transform static screens into engaging motion stories that highlight app features, benefits, and user journeys.
-   Collaborate closely with the creative team and product teams to script visual narratives aligned with campaign goals.
-   Design short-form videos (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, etc.) optimized for engagement and conversions.
-   Ensure video content adheres to platform guidelines and reflects a consistent brand identity.
-   Continuously A/B test visuals, gather performance insights, and refine videos for maximum impact.
-   Stay ahead of trends in mobile video, motion graphics, and visual communication.

## Requirements

-   2-4 years of experience in motion graphics, video production, or digital creative roles
-   Portfolio demonstrating impactful product storytelling, animated explainers, and platform-specific campaigns
-   Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
-   Strong understanding of 2D animation, motion design principles, typography, and pacing.
-   Experience in masking, screen recording, compositing, transitions, and effects.
-   Familiarity with mobile-first video specs and best practices across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok.
-   Working knowledge of AI creative tools for accelerating video production, animation, or ideation
