## Description

**LMW** on behalf of its client, a well-established and growing Financial Consulting and Accounting Company, is looking for an experienced **Senior Accountant** to join its Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional seeking a stable, collaborative, and well-organized working environment with long-term career prospects.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Record accounting entries and process financial documents
-   Maintain and update the fixed assets register
-   Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations
-   Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax declarations
-   Work with ERP systems, primarily **SoftOne**
-   Liaise with EFKA, AADE, and other public authorities
-   Support customer invoicing and billing procedures
-   Reconcile and review customer invoices and accounting records
-   Assist with payroll preparation and payroll-related processes
-   Participate in monthly and annual closing procedures
-   Prepare accounting reports and financial information for the Accounting Manager

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-   **3–5 years of professional experience**, preferably in an accounting firm
-   Good knowledge of the English language, particularly accounting terminology
-   Solid understanding of the Greek accounting framework and accounting cycle
-   Experience with **SoftOne ERP**
-   Knowledge on **VAT reporting/returns, myDATA reconciliations, and short-term rental tax declarations**
-   Experience in payroll support will be considered an asset
