## Description

**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients  
  
**We are looking for a **Marketing Manager** to join our team and drive digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least **1 year of hands-on experience** in **social media marketing, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads**, with a passion for leveraging digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. This role involves **strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis** of marketing campaigns to support business growth.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and implement **digital marketing strategies** to drive online traffic, engagement, and brand awareness.
-   Plan, execute, and optimize **PPC campaigns** on platforms like **Google Ads and Facebook Ads**.
-   Manage and maintain **social media profiles** (Facebook, Instagram, Google) while creating engaging content.
-   Launch and manage **online advertising campaigns** to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.
-   Design and execute **lead generation campaigns** tailored for home buyers through **Google Ads and social media**.
-   Monitor and analyze **campaign performance metrics**, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.

### **Skills & Abilities:**

-   Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing**.
-   Ability to develop and execute **effective digital marketing campaigns**.
-   Experience in **content creation and audience engagement strategies**.
-   Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as **Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management software**.
-   Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** with the ability to derive insights from data.
-   Excellent **communication skills**, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

### **Qualifications:**

-   **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of proven experience in **digital marketing and campaign execution**.
-   **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business, Communications**, or a related field (or equivalent experience).**  
    Adaptability:** Ability to thrive in a **dynamic environment**, managing multiple priorities effectively.
