Jasara is continuously seeking talented professionals to join our growing network of experts for current and future **Construction Supervision (CS)** opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs, Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments.

We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

**Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)**

Work locations may vary across Saudi Arabia based on business requirements.

-   Riyadh
-   Jeddah
-   Western Region (Makkah & Madinah)
-   Eastern Region (Dammam, Khobar & Dharan
-   Southern Region (Aseer, Najran & Jazan)

### Responsibilities

-   Manage and supervise major projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
-   Report directly to the Director of Programs Project Director and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Bachelor of Science degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or an equivalent field.
-   Minimum 15 years of total work experience.
-   At least 5 years of project management experience.
-   Experience working with consultants and contractors.
-   Saudi engineering registration.
-   Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
-   Experience delivering projects across mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.
-   Familiarity with PMO governance, project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
-   PMP certification.
