## Description

**Remote Licensed Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)**

**Position Summary**  
We are hiring licensed mental health professionals to provide virtual therapy for adults across Minnesota. This role focuses on delivering solution-focused care through secure telehealth platforms while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule.

**Schedule & Compensation**

-   Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-   Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
-   Full benefits package included

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct one-on-one teletherapy sessions with adult clients
-   Create and update individualized treatment plans
-   Monitor client progress and adjust approaches as needed
-   Encourage healthy coping strategies and emotional resilience
-   Maintain timely, compliant documentation

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
-   At least 2 years of clinical experience
-   Ability to work independently in a remote setting
-   Strong communication and technology skills
