## Description

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities with targeted outbound prospecting strategies to build rapport and set discovery calls.

Responsibilities

-   The Sales Development Representative is responsible for expanding and servicing customer projects.
-   This role is focused on the outsourced sales deliverables sold by the main sales team.
-   You will need to understand our customer’s unique challenges, profile, and provide solutions for growth.
-   This role will require strong project management and exceptional consultative sales and client service skills with a willingness to experiment.
-   This individual must be able to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment where the primary success metrics are vertical-specific revenue growth for our customers.

## Requirements

Qualifications

-   2 years of sales & marketing experience ideally in a B2B setting
-   Strong track record of customer retention, and continually meeting revenue goals
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-   BA/BS Degree strongly preferred
-   Experience with Hubspot is a huge plug
-   Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
