## Description

Bumper Assembly Worker – 1st Shift

**Pay:** $15.50 per hour to start, increasing to **$17.00 per hour after 90 days**

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, **6:00 AM–2:30 PM**

**Location:** Sterling Heights, MI – near 18 1/2 Mile Road, Van Dyke, and Mound

We are seeking reliable **Bumper Assembly Workers** for a fast-paced automotive production environment in Sterling Heights.

In this role, you will work directly with automotive bumper components and complete a variety of hands-on assembly tasks. Team members use power drills, hand tools, clips, fasteners, wiring, and other hardware to prepare finished bumper assemblies for production.

What You’ll Do

-   Build and assemble automotive bumper components on the production line
-   Attach clips, bolts, screws, wiring, and additional hardware
-   Operate power drills and basic hand tools throughout the assembly process
-   Check finished assemblies for proper fit, placement, and quality
-   Follow work instructions, safety standards, and production procedures
-   Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for production
-   Maintain expected production pace and quality standards
-   Assist with other manufacturing or assembly tasks when needed

Schedule & Overtime

This is a **first-shift position**, Monday through Friday from **6:00 AM to 2:30 PM**. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required depending on production demand.

## Requirements

-   Must be able to pass a **national background check**
-   Reliable attendance and punctuality
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
-   Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-   Previous manufacturing or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
