-    experience in maintenance methods and practices like pumps and engines .  
-   Bacholar's degree in Mechanical Engineer ,English speaker in addition to the technical background and experience in maintenance methods and practices. 
-   communication skills, engineering analysis and Good knowledge of the design and operating.
