## Description

**Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Full-Time Virtual Role in Iowa**

**Job Type:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM  
**Salary:** **$115,000 - $120,000** per year

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
-   Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
-   Develop and adjust treatment plans to align with client progress
-   Offer guidance and support to individuals and families

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
-   Active LICSW license in Iowa
-   Experience in telehealth, outpatient, or nonprofit settings is preferred
-   Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and advocacy
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
