Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives to become part of a premier Booking Travel Company. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
-   Provide detailed information on travel packages, booking procedures, and policies.
-   Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special requests effectively and professionally.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences for customers.
-   Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide informed assistance.

## Requirements

-   Exceptional in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
-   Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and travel booking systems is a plus.
