## Description

🚀 **URGENT HOT JOB: Senior Full-Stack .NET & Azure Architect / Team Lead** 🚀

We are fast-tracking submissions for an exclusive, high-impact project in Montreal! This role requires a hands-on technical leader with exceptional communication skills who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business stakeholders and distributed development teams.

📍 **Location:** Montreal, QC (Full-time Onsite at Client Office + Occasional site visits to Baie-Comeau, Bécancour, and Deschambault)

⏳ **Experience Level:** 10 - 13 Years Preferred

🗣️ **Language Requirement:** English fluency is required. **French-Canadian language proficiency is a strong asset / added advantage** (but not strictly mandatory).

## Requirements

🎯 **Core Technical Stack:**

-   **Backend & Cloud:** Expert-level Microsoft Technologies (.NET, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure Data Services like ADF, Azure SQL, and Azure PaaS like Web Apps, Key Vaults, Function Apps).
-   **Frontend:** Strong hands-on experience with **Blazor** or **Angular** (one is mandatory).
-   **Mobile:** Solid experience with iOS development and **MAUI**.
-   **Infrastructure:** Reviewing pull requests, maintaining Azure CI/CD pipelines, and writing ARM templates.

⚙️ **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Act as the primary point of contact for Process Owners and Technical Stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
-   Provide clear technical direction and high-level designs to convert functional requirements into robust business processes.
-   Manage daily activities for both onsite and offshore development teams, providing technical mentorship.
-   Own Change Management, Incident Management, and troubleshooting for L2 & L3 support tickets.
-   Collaborate globally (flexibility for occasional nighttime conference calls is required).
