We are looking for a passionate and innovative People Culture Management Sr. Specialist to drive TechConnect's transformation into a high-performing, AI-enabled workplace.

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives to digitalize organizational culture, accelerate AI Culture adoption, strengthen employee engagement, and develop AI-powered workforce intelligence that supports business growth across the Group.

## Requirements

**Education**

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

•Master's degree is an advantage.

**Experience**

•Minimum 5–8 years of experience in People Culture, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, or related fields.

•Experience managing enterprise-wide culture transformation initiatives.

•Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects.

•Experience working in a technology-driven or digital transformation environment is preferred.
