### Physical Therapist

**Houlton, ME | Dover, ME | Brownville, ME**  
**Four-Day Work Week**

We are seeking a licensed **Physical Therapist (PT)** to join an outpatient rehabilitation team serving patients across **Houlton, Dover, and Brownville, Maine**. This position offers a **four-day work week**, providing excellent work–life balance while rotating between locations.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in a patient-centered clinical environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Evaluate patients and establish individualized physical therapy treatment plans
-   Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training
-   Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
-   Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs
-   Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

## Requirements

### Qualifications

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
-   Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
