## Description

**Work From Anywhere in LATAM**

**Work Schedule:** US Timezone (Flexible) │ Overlap with US business hours (Monday–Friday)

**Compensation Range:** $2000 USD/month based on experience

A fast-growing company in the promotional products and corporate merchandise space is looking for an Account Executive to convert warm leads and reactivate dormant accounts into consistent, repeatable revenue.

The business operates in a high-volume, relationship-driven sales environment, serving everyone from small clients to large enterprise organizations. It has built a strong foundation of inbound demand, repeat buyers, and a backlog of untapped accounts ready for re-engagement.

Day-to-day, the Account Executive owns the full sales cycle — converting inbound leads, re-engaging past customers, managing a large book of business, and proactively pitching creative product solutions. Success means higher conversion rates, reactivated dormant accounts, and expanded account value through consistent upselling and cross-selling.

## Requirements

**Must-Have**

-   3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hard goods, retail, or physical/SKU-based product sales
-   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas, with quantifiable results on CV (conversion rate, revenue, deals closed)
-   Full-cycle sales ownership including warm-lead conversion, account reactivation, upselling, and cross-selling
-   Experience managing a high-volume book of business with consistent multi-channel follow-up across calls and email
-   Proficiency in HubSpot for activity logging, pipeline tracking, and reporting
-   Hands-on quoting, pricing, and order management within SKU-based catalogs or ordering systems
-   C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing sales communication with US-based customers

**Nice-to-Have**

-   Industry exposure to promotional products, corporate merchandise, or branded/corporate gifting
-   Enterprise-level sales or client presentation experience
-   Experience building outbound or upsell campaigns
-   Salesforce experience
-   Use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) integrated into daily sales workflows
