## Description

**To meet our current corporate needs, we are looking to bring to our team a Financial Controller.  
****Main Responsibilities  
**

-   Support the FP&A cycle, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
-   Lead financial statement analysis to evaluate performance and position.
-   Analyze costs and financial data to drive efficiency and cost control.
-   Provide actionable insights into manufacturing KPIs, variances, and cost drivers.
-   Ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting and internal controls.
-   Lead strategic projects, business cases, and investment evaluations.
-   Deliver high-quality financial reports, KPIs, and insights to senior management.  
    

**Candidate Profile / Requirements  
**

-   Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics.
-   4+ years of experience in FP&A or Financial Controlling within pharma or industrial manufacturing.
-   In-depth understanding of financial statements and their preparation.
-   Previous work experience in accounting or audit will be considered an asset.
-   Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
-   Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Excel, with strong PowerPoint skills.
-   Experience with BI tools is a plus.
