## Description

**The Role**

  
We’re hiring for **Product Operations Associate** to work closely with the Product team on Apna Advantage.  
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who enjoys solving messy problems, digging into data, working closely with users and operations teams, and turning insights into better products and processes.

**Location:** Domlur, Bengaluru — Work from Office, 5 days/week

We’re building the journey across discovery, counselling, admissions and post-enrolment support using a combination of product, operations and AI.  
  
**What You’ll Do**  

-   Improve the end-to-end user journey across discovery, counselling, application and admissions
-   Work closely with counsellors and users to identify product gaps and operational bottlenecks
-   Analyse funnels, call outcomes, CRM data and user behaviour to find drop-offs and opportunities
-   Translate operational problems into clear product requirements
-   Improve workflows across CRM, calling, WhatsApp, lead routing and internal tools
-   Run experiments and track impact on conversion, productivity and user experience
-   Test and improve AI-powered experiences such as voice counsellors and internal automation
-   Own dashboards, SOPs and processes needed to make product launches work at scale
-   Act as a bridge between Product and Operations and drive issues to closure

  
  
**What We’re Looking For**  

-   0–2 years of experience in product operations, business operations, product, analytics, consulting, founder’s office or similar roles
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
-   Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
-   High ownership and bias for action
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Comfortable speaking with users and operational teams
-   Clear written and verbal communication
-   Curious about AI and already using AI tools in your day-to-day work
-   Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
