Looking for a fun and exciting job in the hospitality industry? Join our client who are running a group successful lifestyle restaurants in Dubai! They are currently seeking a vibrant and passionate Waitress to join their team at a Western concept lifestyle restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to their guests and ensuring their overall dining experience is memorable. ### Responsibilities

-   Greet guests upon arrival and inform them of specials and menu offerings
-   Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff
-   Serve food and drinks to guests and ensure they are satisfied with their orders
-   Clear tables and reset them for upcoming customers
-   Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints with grace and professionalism
-   Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all tables are presentable
-   Upsell menu items to guests to increase revenue for the restaurant

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or graduation or equivalent in Hotel or Culinary school is essential
-   College Freshers from Culinary or Hotel school are welcome
-   Must be friendly, outgoing, and have excellent communication skills
-   Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
-   Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-   Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
-   Must be able to work well in a team environment and have a positive attitude

## Benefits

The salary is AED 1700 - 2400 + AED 400 Food allowance + AED 250 to 450 (Service charge Avg) +AED 1200 Credit card tips + Cash tips + free Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket ( once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws
