**Our new Art Director has it all…**

Those striking visual concepts behind campaigns that win hearts and minds. The integrated marketing expertise to adapt their art to Reddit or TikTok, as comfortably as storyboarding film or masterminding outlandish out-of-home experiences. A passion for their craft that means being as fastidious when kerning copy as they are directing on big shoots.

Your inspirations should be diverse – from classical art to the latest technologies – and you know how to tune a great idea to work in digital and analogue spaces. Your hunger for new and exciting should be relentless when looking for styles, trends, artists and collaborators to work with. You will ignite that fire in your colleagues as you brainstorm concepts, because you know there are a million exciting ideas to have, and with thought and craft some of them could be amazing.

Of course, there are times when our clients, as ambitious as they are, will crush your soul along with your big idea. Sometimes the budgets or timings will be a challenge. It happens everywhere. But dust yourself down, because tomorrow the right brief will come along, and when it does, we know how to back it with all our creative might. Right now we are excitedly busy and need your enthusiasm and skills to help out on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. There is potential for the contract to extend beyond the initial three months, and the hope will be the good times keep rolling and, won over by your talents, we drop to one knee and ask you to become a full-time partner here.
